Strawberry Cheesecake Poppers

Move over chocolate covered strawberries! And say hello to our twist on cheesecake stuffed strawberries. Fresh, juicy berries are filled with an easy no bake cheesecake for the perfect 2-bite dessert!
Fresh strawberries always make a fabulous dessert, so be sure to buy the biggest, juciest strawberries you can find so you can pack in as much strawberry jalapeno cheesecake as possible.

1 pint fresh strawberries

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, or to taste (or Swerve for a low carb option)

3 tablespoons Nana's Strawberry Jalapeno Jam


Prep 30 min

1. Cut the tops off of the strawberries and stand upright on the cut side. Make a cut 3/4 of the way down from the tip of the strawberry towards the bottom. Make a quarter turn and repeat the cut 3/4 of the way down. Place each strawberry into an empty egg crate carton for ease of assembly.


2. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar (or sugar substitute) and jam until smooth in a mixer or a food processor. Place into a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe into each strawberry and arrange on a serving platter.
